Strategic Ecosystem Framework
Pax Memoria's framework and programs are aimed to enhance media integrity, rehumanize digital memories on environmental catastrophes in conflict zones, build capacity in media reporting, and support documentation and collective action for climate justice and accountability. We do so through an intersectional feminist lens.
Our strategic ecosystem framework implementation relies on five core principles.
Integration and Synergy: Ensuring that all programs and initiatives are interconnected, reinforcing each other for a cohesive impact strategy.
Adaptive Learning: Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of programs and adapting strategies based on feedback and evolving needs.
Community and Grassroots/Stakeholder Engagement: Actively involving local communities, survivors, and professionals in program development and execution, ensuring relevance and effectiveness.
Sustainability and Growth: Strengthen partnerships with local organizations for project execution, focusing on building their capacity to sustain initiatives beyond the project lifecycle.
Gender-Sensitive Approach in Action and Commitment to Women-Led Leadership: Pax Memoria explicitly commits to fostering a work environment and program implementation strategy that prioritzes women’s leadership and promotes gender sensitivity across all levels of operations.
